Description & Goal
mLearn was having recurring customer care calls about passwords
and logging-in issues. About 75% of the password issues were users, typing in the password incorrectly, while the other 25% were not able to remember their username or password.
Since this product was mainly for the school base, we needed to create a method that instructors were able to go into students’ accounts and reset students’ passwords and usernames. Followed by, adding a way a user can view the password they typed and visual cues, showing the password being created is meeting the guidelines.
These solutions reduced customer care calls by ~80% and increased user experience.
