Description & Goal
Lasallian Education and Research Initiative wanted to have users be able to donate to our non-profit Springtide Research brand. We can research different platforms to house our donations and donor information. Once we decided on the platform Little Green Light, I proceed to work cross channels and onboard the product into our current systems and payment processes.

Working with the Director of Donations we worked out scenarios (user stories) that donors would go through, donations, recurring donations, and/or year-end tax receipts. I took those stories and mapped out the flow.
